The Big Horn Clinic located in Basin, WY is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for all of your health care needs. We are a Family Practice facility with services such as; minor surgical, obstetrics, gynecology, pediatrics and geriatrics.
